Tyler laughed, going to sit by Kaden and laid out on the grass, feeling the cool blades against his back. "This girl has really got you sprung.." He smirked, putting his hands behind his head, taking in deep breaths. "Sounds like a good idea, but you don't want her to think you're like any other guy either, make it something special," He went to reach for his water bottle but saw it was empty and chucked it back on the ground, Tyler could tell that obviously this girl meant something to him, "I'll stay out of your hair man, this girl means a lot. I don't want to rub off on you the way I used to when it comes to relationships," He sat up on his elbows, shielding his eyes from the sun. Tyler was concerned that though Kaden would be a great help at helping him overcome any relationship struggles, Tyler probably wasn't the greatest help at those sort of situations.

In the back of his mind, Kaden knew that Tyler was right. Jasper did have him sprung unlike any other girl he had ever known before and if he wanted any chance with her, whatever he did had to be special and unique. "You know, maybe one of these days I'll rub off on you instead of the other way around," he jokingly jabbed at Tyler's ribs with his elbow before shoving him with his hand. "Come on you ninny, race ya to the pool!" With that, Kaden got up and ran toward the pool that was about ten yards away, knowing that he would still beat Tyler because he had already taken off his shoes. He ran as fast as he could, jumping onto the diving board before flipping into the deep end of his pool.

Tyler grabbed his side as Kaden pushed him and watched him run off. "Ninny?" He said to himself with a weird expression. It was final, Kaden officially needed to spend more time with Tyler if he was going around turning into someone who spoke like that. He shook his head and stood, closing one eye, and then kicked the soccer ball so that it would hit Kaden when he was jumping in the pool. He smiled and ran back to the house, grabbing a few beers that he was sure would have been chilled by now before heading out. He popped the caps off the bottles as he walked towards the pool, setting one on the edge for Kaden. "So what's the plan for tonight then?" He sat on the edge, putting his feet in the pool before he took his first sip of beer in his new home, smiling.

Just before hitting the water, Kaden felt the SMACK of the soccer ball against his rib cage. He cursed out loud before hitting the water. Memo to self: don't leave the soccer balls unattended when jumping into the pool...especially when Tyler's around. DAMN that hurt. When he resurfaced, he swam to the shallow end of the pool where Tyler was sitting on the edge with a couple beers, one waiting on the edge for him. He hopped onto the side and took a sip, looking down at his rib cage where there was a huge red circle from where the ball pegged him. "Damn man, you got me good; perfect aim and everything. They hire trainers for the high school team since I left Texas?" he asked.

Tyler laughed , "Actually, after you left, I was the trainer," He raised the beer as if it were a cheers and then took another sip. Soccer was the kind of lifestyle he could have gotten used to, and he was sure that if things hadn't worked out with acting, he probably would still go back. He set his empty beer bottle on the edge of the pool and smirked at Kaden. "Alright, so I may be new, but I'm going to need a date to the party tonight," he thought about the conversation he had just had with Kaden and made a face, "Alright, maybe not a date, but.. someone to get to know better. In a completely platonic way," He smiled, that was the first time he had ever brought together the words platonic, with a female in the same thought of idea. He was tempted to go grab another beer, but instead stayed by the pool, pushing his arms against the side to jump in.

Kaden stayed on the side of the pool while Tyler jumped in. Tyler mentioned getting a "date" for later on, so Kaden had to shake his head. Same old Tyler, he thought to himself, amused. When Tyler resurfaced, Kaden got up and went over to the side of the house where his phone was, bringing it back. "Alright, I can call some people up from the show to come out tonight," he said, going through his contact list. Deciding to send out a mass text message, he tapped it out and found everyone he wanted to send it to.
Yo...party tonight at Kaden's place. Be there at 8.
Once he sent the text out, he had purposely left out one name. Jasper's. He found her name on his contact list. He hit "Call" and waited for it to ring. It went directly to her voicemail, so Kaden decided to leave a message. "Hey, it's Kaden. Listen, I was having a party tonight at my place. Kind of a welcome home thing for my friend Tyler, so there's gonna be a bunch of people from the show here. I hope you're able to come. Call me back if you need directions." He hung up the phone and turned up the volume so that he'd be able to hear it if she called back before setting it away from the pool. He returned and sat down on the side. "Aiight man, everyone's invited."
