Kaden walked into the Starry Nights Cafe with his sunshades on. It was such a hassle sometimes to even go get coffee with the barage of teenage fans that bombarded him from day to day, but he had his own way of dealing with that. Sometimes he just went out in disguise and it seemed to work most of the time. Today, he just wanted to get some coffee and chill for a while. He went and ordered a straight black cup of coffee with sugar and cream before going to sit down in a corner to watch people walk in and out. It was just any other lazy Saturday in the life of Kaden Lynch, so he was taking it all in.

Kaden was perfectly content just sitting in the back of the cafe by himself, just watching the random people walk in and out. Nothing really bothered him as he was passive. That's when she walked into the Starry Nights Cafe. Even if she was wearing sunglasses and was dressed down, Kaden knew it was Jasper, the one girl in the entire set of Just Hear Me that made him stutter over his words like an idiot. From the first day he had stepped on the set to shoot, he had been enamored by her charm and wit. Her accent told him she was southern too, which was yet another thing he was attracted to. He sat there for a few moments, contemplating whether or not to get up and say something to her. His courage was waning, so he decided that it was now or never as he heard her order. Cooly, he got up and crossed the room. "I'd know that southern accent from anywhere," he said softly, just above a whisper in her ear.

Jasper jumped a bit when she heard some whisper in her ear. She turned around at saw that is was Kaden Lynch one of her co-stars on Just Hear Me. Jasper and him had always gotten along well on set, but whenever she was around Kaden he always stuttered and blurred his words together, but Jasper thought it was cute in it's own way. "Hey you. Don't get too close I think I might be coming down with something." She said with a small giggle and smiling at him. She looked around to see if there was an empty table, she then spotted one in the corner, "What to have a seat?" She asked Kaden as she nodded towards the empty table.

Kaden smiled as she turned around to him. He was always taken back by her smile and eyes; those stunning blue eyes that could capture even the hardest of guys' hearts. He was surprised that she didn't have a boyfriend by now, but he could understand that she was focused on her career first. "I have the immune system of an ox," he chuckled, but immediately regretted the words the moment they left his mouth. Nice going stupid...she probably thinks you're a dumb hick now.
He looked over to the table she was pointing at and nodded. "We could sit down for a while and chat. I'm not doing anything today," he replied, walking over to the table and pulling out her chair for her. It was just part of his polite nature to do that for women. He was raised that way by his parents. And he hoped it would one day win the heart of a girl who he fell for.

Jasper walked over to the table with Kaden and was taken back a bit when he pulled the chair out for her. "No one has ever done that for me out here." She giggled as she took her seat. This was the first time that Jasper and Kaden had ever really talked outside of the set. She was always busy with photoshoots and auditions, and he...well she didn't really know about him. Jasper looked at Kaden for a quick second, he was sweet and kind. His eyes were deep and she could tell that he wanted to love something, but didn't. She caught herself stairing and looked away quickly. "Sorry, but you have such pretty eyes." She said blushing a bit. Jasper was not the type of girl who flirted or fell for guys very easy, she was so focused on her work that she never had the time to. Until now she thought.

"Well, thanks...I um...never really thought of my eyes being that attractive...but uh...thanks," he stumbled through his words like a bumbling fool. He noticed her blush and smile, which only succeeded in making him fluster some more. Keep it together man, he scolded himself. "So, what brings you to this place on a Saturday morning?" he asked, trying to keep his cool. That was something he had yet to master. It was something that he kept hidden in his acting life as he was the biggest jerk on the show. However, Kaden was totally the opposite of his character Dan. He treated women with respect and dignity. Although, Jasper he held on a higher pedestal than everyone else because, on some level, he admired her and was even falling for her.

Jasper watched as Kaden stumbled his words together and giggled. She should have been used to boys stumbling words around, they had been ever since we started wearing a training bra, but she still just didn't understand it. She then looked and him and smiled. "Well I'm not feeling all that great. My throat has been hurting since last night and I thought some tea might work for it." She said biting her bottom lip and looking at Kaden. "So what brings you out here?" She asked leaning forward to him a bit. She smiled, Kaden was nothing like his character on the show, and Jasper was starting to see that.

Listening to Jasper talk, Kaden noticed how melodic her voice sounded. She was definitely sweet and vibrant, full of the life that she loved. He had heard a lot of talk around the set that Jasper acted sassy, but Kaden could see her softer side now. Then she bit her lip...qualifiably adorable in his book, and then leaned in closer to him. How could something so perfect be sitting right in front of me in human form? he asked himself. There was no one else he had ever met that was quite like Jasper. "Sometimes I just come out here to people watch," he replied to her question before tacking on a disclaimer, "Not in the creepy sense, I mean. I just like to see people in their day-to-day lives, with them just thinking I'm an average person just like them. You know what I mean? He leaned forward a little to mirror her action and thought again, Nice Kade...real nice...great first impression stupid.

"Right in non-creepy way." She giggled and leaned in more towards Kaden. "Don't worry I won't tell anyone." She whispered and then smiled at him. Jasper then leaned back in her seat and took a drink of her tea. She forgot how hot it was and burned her tounge on it. "Owww." She screamed a bit as she bit down on her tounge. She covered her mouth with her hand and blushed has she looked at Kaden. "I should really blow on that before I drink it again." She said letting out a small laugh. Jasper couldn't help but laugh at herself when she made a fool of herself, she was always joking around and falling or tripping over herself, so it was only right that she burned herself.

Kaden smiled at Jasper again. He was happy that she didn't take his people watching in a creepy manner. He watched as she sat back and took a drink of her tea, burning her tongue in the process. Quickly he got up and went to the counter, getting a small cup of ice before bringing it back to the table. "Here," he said, setting the cup down next to her tea. "Put a few cubes in your tea to cool it off and chew on one to help that tongue." Sitting back down, he smiled again at her. That was another thing he noticed was that he could not stop smiling. "That was something my mom taught me when I was a little kid. I was always burning my tongue with something hot, so she always kept a glass of ice on hand just for me." He laughed a little at himself.

Jasper didn't even notice Kaden keep up and get her the ice he was so fast. "WOW! That was fast, like the Flash." She said giggling. Jasper had always read comic books and was letting that side of her show a bit. She smiled at Kaden. "Well thank you Flash, I'll have to remember that next time I drink hot tea." She said smiling at him and putting some ice in her tea and mouth. She started to bite down on the ice to break it down in her mouth. "So tell me Flash, what else do you have planned for the day in LA?" She asked his as she sucked down on the ice he had given her.

A huge smile spread across his face when Jasper called him 'Flash' as it gave away she had some knowledge of comic book heroes. That was yet another thing that was drawing him to her. He had read every comic book that had super heroes in it known to mankind as a kid. His dad had passed most of them on to him. This was obviously a girl he could fall for easily and was already.
Another smile passed when she asked what his plans were for the day. Oppotunity was knocking on his door now. "Well, I was going to go out to the beach for a quick game of soccer with some guys if you care to come," he said, hoping she would accept. "After that is pretty open territory for whatever I can get myself into," he added, chuckling. "Maybe we could hang out?"

Jasper looked out the window of the cafe and saw what an amazing day it was. "I would love to go play but I should really stay in and nurse my throat back to normal again." She said looking back at him and frowing a bit. Jasper really would have loved to go out and play with Kaden. She looked at him, his hair was messy but the way the sun hit it made it shine, Jasper thought it was nice. Her eyes then moved down to his high cheekbones and then to his smile, it made he blush a bit. Jasper started to bite her nails and look at him.
"I think I am just going to go home and watch some movies. You know take a day off from LA craziness." She giggled. She looked at the time on her cell phone and sighed. "In fact I have kept you to long as it is and I bet you're getting bored of me." She said as she reached down for her bag. "Call me later if you want to hang out with a sicky. I mean that is if your girlfriend doesn't mind." Jasper had no idea if Kaden had a girlfriend or not, but it didn't hurt to learn.

Kaden was slightly disappointed that Jasper wouldn't be joining him for the afternoon, but he understood her reason why. Being sick was never something Kaden enjoyed, so he knew that Jasper must be miserable enough without having to run around all day with him. He watched her grab her cell phone from her bag and laughed when she said that he must be getting bored of her. That could never happen, he thought to himself. "I understand getting away from all the craziness, but getting bored of you...that couldn't happen. You'd probably get bored of me first," he said laughing. "And we can totally hang out later if you want. Maybe I could drop by with some soup or something. I don't have a girlfriend, so my time is currently unoccupied." He thought to tack on the ending part to answer her question of if he was dating someone.
Truth be told, it had been a while since his last relationship, which didn't end so well. Since then, he had taken a break from dating altogether because he wanted to just focus on his career. But now, there was Jasper. She was totally different than any girl he had ever met or known.
