When people first see him and/or don't know him, they stereotype him. They think Dane's into drugs and sleeping around, and doing things that a lot of rockers and rock stars are pinned for. Dane doesn't do drugs religiously, but he has smoked his share of marijuana. He doesn't sleep around either, as he respects girls and wouldn't do anything to hurt them.
The most important person in his life is his sister, Kacie. She's about a year younger than he is and she's a Bunny at the Playboy Club in Vegas. Dane supports her 100% and more, and does all he can to get out to Vegas to visit her as much as possible. He knows that Kacie loves what she does and though he doesn't read the magazine often, he knows that Playboy is a form of art, and would continue to support his sister if she posed for it.

detailed, Dane was born to Sam and Sarah Thomas on June 11th. His sister followed about a year later, and though the two fought like siblings often, they we're extremely close.
Dane wasn't much of anything in school. He had friends and didn't really stick to one group of people. His elementary years were pretty quiet, and he didn't start getting really noticed by anyone until middle school. Once he hit high school, he was singing in a band. The band eventually dismembered, and Dane found himself writing songs in his room. He had a girlfriend then, but the relationship was cut tragically short when the girl was in a fatal car crash. Dane wasn't right after that.
It was his former love, Jessica, that convinced him he had to make it. He stayed in Biloxi a year after he graduated, hating his asshole parents. As soon as Kacie graduated, the two left for the West Coast, Kacie landing a job in Vegas, and him heading to L.A. to be a rock star. A band found him and he started singing for them and they did some local gigs, but nothing too big. Since that wasn't taking off, Dane got into acting landing himself a recurring role on Just Hear Me. Rumor has it that his part is going to grow, which is especially exciting because his band just got signed on a major record label.
